Baked Pesto Chicken Breasts - Just made it.. easy and good. I used a Pyrex cooking dish (no parchment).. greased with olive oil and a lot of garlic. Just got back from trip used canned no salt dice tomatoes, Costco Pesto, and frozen Mozzarella. Moist and wonderful. Would be good with rice or pasta (I went low carb).
Marinated Tomato Mozzarella Pasta 282 cal per serving!!
